Sarah-Jane is an accomplished trainer with her company Barker & Hound, but (as many of us learn in this industry) we often find ourselves stepping into complex behaviour issues by chance. So, we have been working on some face-to-face shadowing as well as Zoom mentoring to develop her knowledge and skills.
